About me
With 10+ years’ experience leading the design and development of products and services across multiple industry sectors, I am a professional empathiser and problem-solver, constantly thriving on disruptive innovation and big-picture thinking. As a strategic and hands-on Multidisciplinary Designer, I use the toolkit of Design and Service Thinking whilst devotedly advocating a Human-Centric approach to all design and business activities.
My ultimate passion is to enhance people’s understanding of a problem and then utilise the principles of psychology, art, design and emotion to generate relevant, meaningful and sustainable products - be it an experience, an environment, a system or product - digital or analogue.
Privileged with a broad portfolio of global experience, I am a trained Industrial and Interaction Designer with extensive practice also in the
Interior Design industry. I believe that solutions are created by approaching a problem from multiple perspectives and aside from drawing upon my own accumulative skillsets, I encourage collaborative problem-solving and human-centred design practices in all my teams.
Having worked mainly in-house for brands or manufacturers, my strengths lie in the ability to be highly adaptive – wearing multiple hats, working cross-functionally and ultimately facilitating the full end-to-end process to produce products, processes, services, events and/or environments; through research, ideation, strategy, rapid prototyping, manufacturing & marketing.
